Terms of use

What these terms are

They are the rules for using this website. They are not the terms of your phone service, and they are not a store policy on returns, exchanges, warranties or billing. Those come from Metro by T-Mobile or from the store, and nothing here changes them.

The information here can change

Store addresses, phone numbers, opening hours, open positions and the services we list are kept as current as we can, and they still go out of date. Hours change for holidays, stores move, a job gets filled the same morning it was posted. Before you drive anywhere, call the store. Every store page has its number.

We do not list prices on this site on purpose. Plan and device pricing comes from Metro by T-Mobile and changes often, so we send you to them rather than quote a number that may be wrong by the time you read it.

Applying for a job

• Tell the truth on your application. Anything you tell us can be checked, and an offer can be withdrawn over something you made up.
• Apply for yourself. Do not submit an application on somebody else's behalf, and do not upload a resume that is not yours to send.
• Booking an interview time is just that. It is not a job offer, and it does not create an employment relationship.
• Interview times come off a real calendar. If you cannot make one, cancel it from your own page so somebody else can take the slot.

Using the site sensibly

Do not try to break in, scrape it wholesale, overload it, upload anything harmful, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful. The staff portal is for Giant Communications Group managers only; do not attempt to access it otherwise.

Our content

The text, layout, photographs and the Giant Communications Group name and logo on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to the site, and to print or share a store page or a job posting. Please do not republish the site's content as your own.

Metro by T-Mobile, T-Mobile and related marks belong to T-Mobile USA, Inc. and are used here as an independent authorized dealer. Giant Communications Group is not T-Mobile, and we do not speak for them.

Links to other sites

We link to Metro by T-Mobile, to Google Maps for directions, and to a few other places. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site under their terms and their privacy policy, and we do not control what they do.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

This website is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, or that every detail on it is accurate at the moment you read it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising out of using the site, such as a wasted trip to a store whose hours had changed. The thing that prevents that is a phone call, and the number is on the page.

Privacy

What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Giant Communications Group is based, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will say when. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
