Retail Sales Representative

What you actually do all day: Greet everyone who walks in. Find out what they are paying now and what they need. Set up new lines, port numbers in from other carriers, sell phones, sell accessories, sell home internet, and take bill payments. Then do it again. What we are looking for: You can hold a conversation with a stranger without it feeling awkward. You can work evenings and weekends, because that is when our customers are off work. You show up when you say you will. Spanish is a real plus at a lot of our stores. No wireless experience required. We train you on the systems and the plans. We cannot train you to like people. What you get: Hourly base plus commission on activations, accessories and home internet. Our stronger reps earn well above the hourly, and the number is not capped. Most of our store managers started in this job.
